a rideg hajnal,
homályba burkol,
beborít a köd.
Reszket,
a hófehér táj,
ködöt sóhajtva,
tavaszt álmodik
a fagyott föld.

Úszik,
átláthatatlan,
védelmezően,
megóv a köd.
Terül,
mocsárra falat emel,
beburkol,
s táncot lejt a tó
peremén!

Lassan,
vonaglik tovább,
maga mögött,
néma a téli táj.
Hideg
fehér vászonra
jeges zúzmarából,

a láp tetején!

Felmordul a deres téli szél,
